My skin has been feeling dehydrated, rough and dull lately so once I laid my hands on this INSbyN 인스바이엔 Vita Brightening System Mask BX, I knew I had to try it out and rescue my skin! This mask makes for the perfect addition to my Mask Week series as I love bio-cellulose mask!

Back to the product review. INSbyN is a multi-naturalism beauty brand that combines inspiration gained from the mythical power of nature and technology created by researchers around the world. The main ingredient of this Vita Brightening System Mask BX is CCE (fermented coconut oil) and complex vitamins. Now, we all know about the multipurpose coconut oil so its no surprise that this BIO-Celtox sheet mask can solve your skin problems! When regular moisture and nutrition routine is not enough for your skin, it is highly recommended to use an essence to refresh the skin. In this case, the essence is infused inside the bio-cellulose mask and these good ingredients help to create a synergy effect from inside out so it rejuvenates the tired skin.

The rose gold packaging of the product really impressed me, rose gold is love! It just looks so elegant. There are 5 sheets in a box. Open the mask pack and you'll find this triangle inside. This special BIO-Celtox sheet has top notch strong adhesiveness and absorbability so that it provides more essence to the skin. This paraben-free coconut jelly mask made of Cultured Coconut Extract (CCE) contains Vitamin K3 (Menadione) that balances the skin and strengthens the walls within the skin, Vitamin A complex that helps to alleviate skin problems and increase skin elasticity to create healthy-looking skin and Vitamin Q (Ubiquinone) smoothens out the skin and provides elasticity to show younger-looking skin from within. A strict screening process is done to extract good ingredients and combine with fermentation science (coconut water) to develop this 4th generation premium sheet masks.

I love bio-cellulose masks more than sheet masks. The mask has the same structure as a plant's cell wall hence the term 'bio-cellulose'. The recommended use is 2 -3 times a week for 20 minutes. First of all, wash and tone the skin. There are 3 layers - remove the felt sheet at the side to get to the bio-cellulose mask in the centre. I was actually quite surprised by how thin it was! Apparently, due to the fermentation process, the thickness of each mask sheet may differ. I didn't feel that the mask is dripping with essence, the amount was just sufficient. The material itself increases essence absorption and has excellent adhesiveness to deliver active components into the skin quickly and effectively. With a similar structure to skin protein, it can reduce skin irritation as well. It can also be worn for long periods of time thanks to its ability to retain moisture.

Hold the mask over your eyes, nose and mouth before smoothing it down and fixing it to fit your face, then removing the other side of the felt.

After 10 - 20 minutes, remove the mask and tap the remaining essence into your skin. As you can see in the Before & After photos, my skin is much brighter after using the mask! I swear, the mask adheres sooo well and did not slip off even once. I can feel my skin tightening as I wear it and the scent is so soothing and natural, just like coconut. It made my skin feel surprisingly hydrated, despite its thinness. There was no stickiness at all, I was pleasantly surprised! While the mask may be a tad bit expensive, you have to understand the technology that goes into making it and after seeing its effectiveness, it's really worth every penny. I'll definitely use this mask for future skin SOS sessions!

What I love:
- Non-sticky, sufficient essence
- Soothing coconut smell
- Hydrating and brightens up the skin almost instanteneously
- Tightens the face
- Thin bio-cellulose mask but adheres super well to the face

What I don't:
- A little too adhesive/ tight that it causes the face to itch for awhile after removal
- Pricey
