First off, hearty congratulations to Philips Malaysia are in order for the official launch of the very first Philips Brand Store in Johor, and it also happens to be their 2nd store in Malaysia! According to a report by Nielsen, the most successful retailers and manufacturers use the best elements of a physical store combined with a strong digital presence to deliver seamless customer experiences, and Philips seems to be doing just that. I was invited to pay a visit to the store in Sutera Mall to check out the array of products available.

As I was walking around the store, I found that my family owns quite a few of the products they have, further proving just how well Philips products are as they are still working fine after a long time. Time to let me take you on a virtual tour of the store and show you what they have to offer!

   Mother and Childcare   

The most notable section of the store is this Mother & Childcare section whereby you can find almost all the tools you need for your little one or expecting mothers. I was told that unlike at other departmental stores, the full range of baby care products can be found here, including milk bottles, pacifiers, breast-feeding pumps and even blenders! Items are categorised according to the kids' age, so mothers know where to look for the most suitable products.

   Personal care   

I was wondering what these high-tech looking devices are, and the salesperson explained that these are heat & infrared devices to target your inner health. I know that these are suited for body pain, as my grandmother uses one to help with her leg pain and what not.

 Shavers & epilators for men and women

Haircare devices like hairdryer, straighteners and curlers. Psst.. I've reviewed one of the curlers and hairdryer before, check it out here!

One of the most recent launches by Philips is the Visapure Facial Cleansing Brush, glad I got to try it out for myself after seeing so many ads about it online!

And last but not least, air fryers. I have one of these at home and totally can't live without it! You can cook almost anything in a short time without the use of oil, and the food actually tastes good!

This store may look small from the outside, but it's truly your one-stop shop to get all the items you need for your home. I visited the Philips Brand Store with my family, and they were all quite impressed by the range of products available there. The salespeople are also quite friendly and won't get pushy & try to hard-sell you the products. So Johoreans, you know where to go now to get your electrical appliances!
